AI systems, CRM and automation that restart growth
Revenue has gone flat, the team is already at capacity and more ad spend is not the answer. As an AI automation agency for established companies, we put AI, CRM and automation to work where growth stalled, so it restarts and each new customer costs less to win and to serve.

The things that worked have stopped working
The referrals slowed, the campaigns cost more for less, and the next hire is the only lever anyone can name. Enquiries wait hours for a reply while the team handles the work already won. The systems are a pile of tools that do not talk to each other, so nobody trusts the numbers and follow-up depends on somebody remembering.
None of that is fixed by more ad spend. Growth comes back when every enquiry is answered at once, every deal is followed up on time and every hour of the team goes to work only a person can do. That is a systems problem, and it is the one we solve.
Leads go cold
Enquiries that arrive after hours or during a busy week get a reply too late to matter.
Tools do not talk
Eight or ten subscriptions, the same customer in four places, and data copied by hand.
Follow-up depends on memory
Quotes, no-shows and dormant contacts are chased when someone has time, which is rarely.
Nobody trusts the report
Without one record from enquiry to invoice, decisions about spend and hiring are made on instinct.
Every enquiry answered.
Every deal followed up.
Every hour back to the team.
Three ways we restart growth
An AI automation agency should leave you with a system, not a dependency. Each engagement starts with your numbers and ends with a platform your team runs. Most companies use more than one of the three.
AI implementation
AI agents that answer chat, SMS and phone enquiries, qualify them and book the meeting, plus AI content for the follow-up. Put to work on the parts of the business where delay costs the most.
Business automation
Follow-up, routing, reminders, reviews and reporting that run whether anyone remembers or not. Your standard operating procedures become workflows instead of documents nobody reads.
CRM implementation
One CRM for sales, marketing, service and billing, migrated cleanly from what you use today, with pipelines your team will actually keep up to date.
AI that answers, qualifies and books on every channel
Four kinds of agent, all working from the same customer record, all handing over to a person when the conversation matters.
A chatbot that books meetings
Answers questions from your own information, asks the questions that decide fit and offers real times from the right calendar.
An AI receptionist on every call
Picks up when the team cannot, takes the details, answers the common questions and books the appointment while the caller is still on the line.
Text conversations that keep moving
Replies to texts and WhatsApp messages in seconds, keeps the thread on the contact record and passes it to a person when the deal is real.
Workflows that decide the next step
AI reads each request, labels it and chooses what happens next, so the right follow-up starts without anyone sorting the inbox.
Every enquiry gets a personal reply in under a minute, on any channel, at any hour.
One system catches every channel and replies, labels, alerts and logs in the same moment, instead of five tools and a shared inbox.

What replying after the first hour costs you
Enquiries answered hours later go to whoever answered first, and the ad spend that produced them is wasted.
Based on the figures you entered
This is your own arithmetic on the figures you entered, not a result levelpartner.ai has produced for anyone.
How this is calculated
late enquiries = enquiries × share answered after an hour
low estimate: late enquiries × (your fast booking rate − your late booking rate)
high estimate: late enquiries × (your fast booking rate − your fast rate ÷ 7)
revenue = meetings lost × your close rate × first-year value
The low end uses only your own booking rates. The high end applies the finding that enquiries reached within an hour were nearly seven times as likely to qualify (B-01). That study is from 2011, covers many sectors and describes likelihood, not a promise. Speed does not turn a poor lead into a good one.
Sources for the defaults. B-01: Oldroyd, McElheran and Elkington, "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads", Harvard Business Review (figures as quoted in SmartCompany coverage), published March 2011 (source, checked 2026-10-16).
Worked example. 100 enquiries a month, half answered after an hour, booking rates of 20% (fast) and 10% (late), a 25% close rate and a first-year value of 5,000: about 5 to 9 meetings a month, worth roughly 6,250 to 10,710 of first-year revenue each month.
Describe it in plain words. The platform builds it.
Vibe coding tools turn a prompt into software. AI Studio, the state-of-the-art vibe coder inside the levelpartner.ai platform, does the same for the business you already run: pages, workflows, apps and AI agents, built on your contacts, calendars, pipeline and payments, and live on the platform with nothing else to host or connect.

Apps, tools and AI agents
An assistant that answers from your own information and books the meeting, or a small internal tool your team uses every day.
Build a booking page for a free strategy review. Text every new lead within a minute with the booking link, remind them the day before, and add an assistant that answers questions about our services.

CRM, back office and AI on one record
Sales, invoices and AI usually live in three tools. Here they share one customer record, so a reply, a booking and a payment land in one place.
Every tool the operation needs, on one licence
Eighteen capabilities that normally come from eight to twelve separate subscriptions, sharing one contact record. Each links to its own page.

Calendars and booking

Four kinds of business, served equally
The same platform and the same standard of work for each. The journeys use your vocabulary, not ours.
Agencies
Agencies that win work on reputation but lose hours to reporting, follow-up and tools that do not share a client record.
Consultants
Consultancies whose pipeline depends on the partners, where proposals go quiet and nobody owns the follow-up once the first meeting is over.
Mortgage brokers
Brokers who need every enquiry answered fast and every application chased to completion, with the records kept.
Real estate
Agencies and brokerages where portal enquiries arrive at all hours and the first agent to reply books the viewing.
Growth comes back from systems, not from more ad spend.

We look at where enquiries come from, how fast they are answered and where deals stall, using your own numbers.

What clients say
Named clients, in their own words. Real estate firms 3SA Estate and Avida Estate run their enquiry handling on the platform; their journeys are described on our about page.
Great service that has significantly increased efficiency across our B2B portfolio.
Thrilled with the outstanding sales and marketing expertise, as well as the exceptional support and availability provided to 3SA Estate. I can warmly recommend working with the Lp team.
This is something new and riveting. Focus is on the user and not the technology. This solution is future-proof and it will only get better with time. Highly recommend.
Great experience working with Christian and his team, we use Lp for several of our portfolio companies.

Questions buyers ask first
What does an AI automation agency actually do?
It finds the work in your business that is slow, repetitive or easy to forget, and puts AI and automation on it: answering enquiries, qualifying them, booking meetings, following up and keeping the CRM accurate. A good AI automation agency measures each change against your own numbers and hands you a system your team can run.
How much does it cost?
The platform licence is €7,512 a year, with every feature available and no tiers, unlimited users and contacts, and 30 hours of onboarding. Implementation beyond those hours is €85 an hour, scoped and agreed before any work starts, and custom builds are quoted to scope. Usage such as SMS and email is billed as used at the published rates.
How long does it take to go live?
Two to four weeks for most clients. The first week is the audit and the plan; the rest is setting the platform up around your process, moving your data across and training the people who will use it.
Who is this for, and who is it not for?
Established companies with 10 to 250 staff that already have revenue and profit but whose growth has stalled. If you are a team of three or still looking for product-market fit, this is more system than you need yet.
How do we implement AI in the business without disrupting it?
Start where the cost of delay is easiest to measure: answering enquiries, booking meetings and following up. Those run alongside your team rather than replacing anyone, and each one is measured before the next is added.
Do we have to replace our CRM?
Running the platform alongside your current CRM means connecting the two systems, and that connection is scoped as a custom build. Most clients consolidate instead, because one record per customer is what makes the automation reliable. The migration is planned and priced before it starts.
